IS DAILY HOUSEKEEPING PROVIDED?
WE ARE ENERGY & ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS.
There is no daily housekeeping but we will gladly refresh towels & toiletries upon request for stays of over 5 nights. We take great pride in keeping our home and your home away from home clean and sanitized on a daily basis. Bedding will always be clean & smelling fresh when you arrive. We also use a fabric sanitizer before and after each bed is made π€π

Yes, visitors are welcome to be with friends and family staying with us. Overnight guests
CANNOT exceed the room occupancy max. Lumberjack Inn does it's best to provide a safe clean environment for our guests. Guests are fully responsible for their own and their visitors conduct. Please let your guest know that property use is
AT THEIR OWN RISK. Please be courteous to other guests so everyone can relax and receive a goodnight rest. Relax by the bonfire but please make sure the area is completely

If you smoke in a room there will be a
$250.00 charge. Smoking is permitted on the property. We just ask you be courteous to other guests and
dispose of your cigarette butts properly (receptacles are provided). If you use Cannabis we ask you please consider others and use in non conspicuous areas and of course never in rooms!

βBUGS? YUCK!

βNot all bugs are created equal. We can totally live with the ones that don't bite π
We live in the Northwoods. We love our beautiful natural surroundings, but the local bugs love it too! We are surrounded by forests and various sized bodies of water. There are ticks, mosquitoes and others! Mayflies too - those guys are considered a nuisance but we personally think they are very cool, they don't bite, their presence not only tells us what season it is, but also confirms the quality of water of which they come from! Other bugs & critters live here too. We try our best to prevent most of those unwanted visitors from bugging you (HA see what we did there?) and work with a company that treats the entire perimeter of our property on a regular basis but we cannot completely prevent bugs from finding their way to get to you and us whether it's outside or inside especially if we leave the windows and doors open. With all that being said please remember that we are not and cannot be responsible for insect bites. Please bring a bug spray to help protect you and don't forget your sunscreen for those amazing warm sunny days π

We love nothing more than gathering around a cozy fire under the stars. π₯° You are more than welcome to relax, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the beautiful evening!
To keep our beautiful grounds and all of our families safe, we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:
- πͺ΅ Clean up: Please pack out any trash, roasting sticks, or personal items when you leave the area.
- π§ Put It Out Completely: Never leave the fire unattended. When you are done, please use the provided water bucket/hose to douse the coals completely until they stop smoking. βπ₯
- π€« Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of other guests and keep voices low after 10PM. π

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note we are not responsible and unfortunately have no control over the weather or personal occurrences.
PLEASE RESERVE RESPONSIBLY. When you make a reservation we loyally hold that time for you and no one else forsaking all other sales. Our livelihood is dependent on guests honoring their commitment. Unlike retail sale products that can be restocked, our product is time and once passed can not be sold again.

SORRY, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SHORT STAYS!
A short stay is one where you leave earlier than your reserved time.
Cancellations can be made up to
1 WEEK prior to arrival date.
Cancellation after that time will result in a room full stay charge - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Reservations made within a week or less are absolute and cannot be canceled.
NO SHOW reservations will also result in a room full stay charge -
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any changes or cancellations must be made by calling us
DIRECTLY.
They will not be accepted by e-mail.
