Please note we are not responsible and unfortunately have no control over the weather or personal occurrences.

PLEASE RESERVE RESPONSIBLY. When you make a reservation we loyally hold that time for you and no one else forsaking all other sales. Our livelihood is dependent on guests honoring their commitment. Unlike retail sale products that can be restocked, our product is time and once passed can not be sold again.

A short stay is one where you leave earlier than your reserved time.

Cancellations can be made up to 1 WEEK prior to arrival date.

Cancellation after that time will result in a room full stay charge - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Reservations made within a week or less are absolute and cannot be canceled. 

NO SHOW reservations will also result in a room full stay charge - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any changes or cancellations must be made by calling us DIRECTLY.
They will not be accepted by e-mail.
